Please use your AppFolio ap to request maintenance. If you have not received an AppFolio Portal Invite, please email us right away. If you do not have the ability to use AppFolio, please place your request via the form below.

If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, please call 734-665-5552 and follow prompts for the on-call team. Please be sure to leave a detailed message. Emergencies include; a leak of any sort, no heat, no power, no water, and no hot water. Please do not call the  after-hours line for all other requests.

After hours: Monday-Friday 4:31 P.M.- 8:29 A.M. and weekends. 

Business hours: M- F 8:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.
