Availability
If a listing does not indicate "Reserved for 2026-2027," it is currently available for reservation.
To ensure fairness, we reserve each property for one complete applicant or one applicant group at a time. Because availability can change quickly, we encourage you to contact our office before submitting an application if you have any questions or would like to confirm that a property is still available.
Wait List
If another applicant or group is already moving forward with a property, you may be placed on a waitlist. Should the current reservation or application not be completed, we will contact the next applicant or group in the order they joined the waitlist. While we cannot guarantee availability, being on the waitlist gives you the opportunity to be considered if the property becomes available again.

If you're interested in a property, we recommend scheduling a tour before applying so you can see the home in person and make sure it's the right fit.
Our leasing team is happy to answer questions about the property, lease terms, utilities, parking, pet policies, and anything else you may need to know before moving forward.
Submitting an Application
Once you're ready, you can submit your application online.
Each application requires a $50 non-refundable application fee per person. Every individual who will be contributing to the lease must complete a separate application and be included as an applicant.
Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, and if approved, our leasing team will guide you through the next steps of the leasing process.
Hours of Operation
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and we're happy to assist you by phone, email, or in person.
