Please use your AppFolio Account to request maintenance 24/7. That is the most efficient way to make your requests. If you have not received an AppFolio Portal Invite, please email us right away. If you do not have the ability to use AppFolio, please place your request via the form below.

If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, please call 734-665-5552 and follow prompts for the on-call team. Please be sure to leave a detailed message. If we do not pick up or call back within 5 minutes, please try again.  Emergencies include; a leak of any sort, no heat, no power, no water, and no hot water. Please do not call the  after-hours line for all other requests.

After hours: Monday-Friday 4:31 P.M.- 8:29 A.M. and weekends. 

Business hours: M- F 8:30 A.M.- 4:30 P.M.
