Your AppFolio Account can be used to request maintenance 24/7. If you do not currently have an active resident portal account, please contact our office so we can assist with activation.

Please submit all requests in Appfolio.

Contacting Maintenance.

If you have a maintenance emergency after-hours, please call (734) 665-5552 and follow prompts for the on-call team. If the on call technician misses your call, please be sure to leave a detailed message.

If you do not hear back within 10 minutes of your call, please call back.

Emergencies include:

  • Any Sort of Leak 
  • No Heat
  • No Power
  • No water or hot water.

Please and Kindly do not call the after-hours line for general maintenance requests.
